PC health-checks from PC World Business ensure your PCs are always in tip-top shape. We can send one of our team round to talk to you about what your business needs and give your PCs the once over to see if they are still up to the job.

We can check all your software for licensing, remove any viruses and suggest any improvements that could be made to your hardware.

If you'd like to add any upgrades, we can fit any you purchase from us free of charge - even if we need to make a return visit. At the end of the health check you'll be presented with a PC health check service record to help plan your I.T. improvements.

On-site health checks are available between 9am and 5pm, Monday to Friday (excluding Bank Holidays). If you call before 10am, we will endeavour to have a technician to you by the next working day.

The service includes:

• 50 point performance assessment
• License check on installed software
• Free installation of purchased upgrades.

A health check requires Windows 95/98/NT4/2000 or XP and a CD-Rom drive.

What is excluded:

• Apple computer equipment and operating systems
• A health check is NOT a repair. If the PC refuses to boot or exhibits other fatal errors a health check can't be completed
• PCs without Windows 95/98/NT4/2000/XP
• PCs on multiple sites.

When an on-site service is purchased the engineer can also undertake additional services to save you both time and costs (must be installed at the same time).
