About the DSGi Business Sales Academy
Join us as a Sales Account Manager and you’ll become part of a world-class training and development programme. The Business Sales Academy represented a milestone in the history of our company – and offers you a complete development environment.
Expect to go on a range of one to three-day courses designed specifically for your role and delivered by industry experts. But courses only form one part of the Academy. Your skill development will also be achieved through pre and post course activities, discussions with your line manager and peers, and the practical application of everything you learn when you go back to your day-to-day role. In addition, you’ll have access to a dedicated web portal offering course content, further reading and a means of booking courses and events online.
The aim of the Academy is to create the best sales force in the industry. What’s more, it allows us to recruit people who may be lacking in sales experience. After all, the Academy will teach you everything you need to know. But we’ll go further than simply giving you new skills. We’ll also teach you to emulate the behaviours of high performers. In fact, best practice and the maximisation of high performance are central to the teachings of the Academy.
It will take you three years to graduate from the Academy and when you do so you can count yourself amongst the best-trained Sales Managers in the country.

Getting you started
We run inductions from one to two weeks, depending on your function. Specialist inductions run for Customer Services, Lead Generation Teams, Account Management and so on.
